Distance Service Agreement

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the online purchase of the BoostMaster service under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. This English version is provided for convenience; if it conflicts with the Turkish version, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Parties

Buyer: The person or organization you specified when creating your account and in the payment details.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the provision of the plan chosen by the buyer, the prepaid service balance and the Boost (fast indexing) service, and the payment of their price. The scope of the service is defined in the Terms of Use.

3. Price and payment

  • The seller is not registered for VAT; no VAT is added and the price shown is the amount paid.
  • Card payments are processed with 3D Secure by a licensed payment institution (PayTR); card details never reach BoostMaster servers.
  • Top-ups by bank transfer (EFT) are credited to your balance once the amount reaches our account and is matched.
  • A payment receipt is issued for every payment and can be downloaded from the panel. As the seller is not registered for tax, no invoice is issued.

4. Prepaid balance

  • The balance is service credit that can be used only for BoostMaster services; it cannot be transferred to third parties or exchanged for cash.
  • Bonus and coupon credits granted in top-up campaigns are free of charge and are not refunded.
  • Unused paid balance is refunded to the original payment method upon your written request.

5. Boost (fast indexing) service

Boost consists of a technical pre-check, notification through the channels enabled for your project (IndexNow, sitemap submission to Search Console, a priority sitemap, the Google Indexing API and the Bing URL Submission API) and status tracking. No guarantee is given that search engines' indexing decisions will be influenced. The fee is put on hold in your balance when you request Boost and is charged only when the URL is indexed; for URLs that are not indexed within the period stated on the request screen, no fee is charged and the hold is released back to your balance. The fee is charged for URLs where a blocker caused by you (noindex, an access error, a redirect and the like) appears during tracking.

6. Right of withdrawal

For electronic services performed instantly, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if performance begins with the buyer's approval before the withdrawal period ends (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15). The service starts immediately upon your approval on the purchase screen. For payments made before the service starts, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days by notifying hello@boostmaster.com.tr.

7. Disputes

You can send complaints and objections to hello@boostmaster.com.tr. For consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at your place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade; above those limits, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

8. Entry into force

The agreement is concluded when the buyer approves it on the payment screen, and it remains accessible in the account dashboard.
