Terms of Use
Last updated:
These terms govern your use of BoostMaster. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
1. Scope of service
BoostMaster is a software service that crawls public web pages you are authorised for, identifies technical issues preventing them from being indexed, suggests fixes, notifies search engines participating in the IndexNow protocol, and reports outcomes using Google Search Console data.
No indexing guarantee is given. Search engines decide independently whether and when a page is crawled, indexed, ranked or retained. BoostMaster cannot influence those decisions and does not claim to. The service identifies and reports technical blockers; it does not sell search results.
About notifying Google
There is no official method to make Google index arbitrary URLs. The Google Indexing API may only
be used for JobPosting and BroadcastEvent content; requesting indexing via
Search Console is limited to your own verified property and is rate-limited; Google does not
participate in the IndexNow protocol. BoostMaster uses no method outside these
boundaries.
2. Your obligations
- You may only add public URLs that you own, manage, or are authorised to submit.
- You represent that you hold the necessary authority over the addresses you add, and you are responsible for the accuracy of that representation.
- You sign in with your Google account; you are responsible for its security (including two-step verification) and for keeping your API keys confidential. Never store an API key in browser code, mobile app bundles or public repositories.
- You may not use the service for unlawful content, copyright infringement, phishing, malware distribution or spam.
- You may not attempt to overload the infrastructure, reverse engineer it, or circumvent access controls.
3. How we crawl
When crawling your site we identify ourselves clearly
(BoostMasterBot/1.0 (+https://boostmaster.com.tr/bot)), respect robots.txt,
and rate-limit requests so as not to burden the target server. Crawl settings are adjustable from the dashboard.
4. Accounts and subscriptions
- You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected period; you may cancel renewal from the dashboard before the period ends.
- Pricing, invoicing, withdrawal rights and refunds are subject to applicable consumer law.
- You may close your account at any time. Retention periods after closure are set out in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption, but uninterrupted availability is not warranted. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We are not responsible for limitations arising from outages or policy changes at third-party services (Google Search Console, IndexNow endpoints, payment institutions).
6. Intellectual property
The software, interface, content and brand of the service belong to BoostMaster. The data you add and the reports you generate belong to you.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages such as changes in search engine results, loss of traffic or loss of revenue. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not remove non-waivable rights under consumer law.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or close your account in case of breach of these terms, non-payment, or abuse of the service. Where legally possible we give notice and an opportunity to remedy before suspension.
9. Changes
Material changes to these terms are announced by email at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court according to applicable monetary and territorial thresholds.
